What we gather on this website, how it's used, and what we don't do. Updated September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, a self-rated health level, smoking status, the coverage amount and term you want. These answers go to the carriers' quoting service to get rates; this website does not store them. No name, address, phone, or email is needed to see quotes. The same request made multiple times might be served from a brief cache so the quoting engine isn't called again.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your earlier answers are used to prefill the secure application run by the carriers' platform, and you'll proceed under that platform's own terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a state-licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, a phone number (optional), your preferred way to hear back, the subject, and your message. The form delivers your email to the agency; your address becomes the reply-to. This website keeps no copy, no database record, and no log of what you wrote. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser before transmission.

Measurement

The site measures page visits using first-party, cookieless tracking sent from this domain. No cookies or persistent identifiers are created; two octets of your IP are masked before storage; referrer query parameters are dropped; raw logs are erased after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are never counted.

What we do not do

We neither sell nor share your personal data, place ads on the site, or bring in third-party analytics tools. The only outside code here is the carriers' application platform on the apply page—it loads only if you navigate there.
